After their success in the prestigious ARD International Music Competition (Munich, 2005), the duo Víctor and Luis del Valle was soon recognized as one of the most outstanding chamber groups in Europe. Recent and upcoming events include performances at the National Music Auditorium in Madrid, Palau de la Música de Catalunya (Barcelona), Palau de la Música in Valencia, Auditorio de Galicia (Santiago de Compostela), Auditorium Musiki Dom (Moscow), Herkulessaal (Munich), Liederhalle (Stuttgart), Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord (Paris), National Theatre (Panama), Metropolitan Theatre of Medellin (Colombia), Finnish National Opera (Helsinki), Konsertdisaal Estonia (Tallin), etc.

They have performed with major European and Spanish orchestras such as the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, Munich Chamber Orchestra, Bialystok Philharmonic, Symphonieorchester des SWR Stuttgart, Helsinki Philharmonic, RTVE Orchestra, Royal Seville Symphony Orchestra, Galicia Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of directors Juanjo Mena, Howard Griffiths, Ralf Gothoni, Peter Csaba, Antoni Ros Marbá, Guillermo Garcia Calvo, Okko Kamu, Yakov Kreizberg… Their performances have also been recorded for TVE, RNE “Classic Radio”, BR (Bavarian Radio) SWR (Süden- Westen Radio), Radio Klasika (Slovakia) and the record label SONY Spain. Involved in bringing classical music to a wider audience, in 2014 the del Valle piano duo created with singer Pasión Vega the show “2 Pianos con Pasión”, a combination of music and theatre that was presented with great success on a tour all over Spain. The duo has been described by musical critics as “a prodigy”, “audible beauty, virtuosity...in their exceptional innovation of piano skill” (El País, Spanish newspaper). “...splendid and masterful virtuosity, unprecedented risk and exceptional style become one in these two musicians... One hears works of Mozart very few times in such a convincing way” (Stuttgarter Zeitung); “...they made two pianos sound like the Wiener Philharmoniker” (Panamá América- Epasa). Brothers Víctor and Luis del Valle (Vélez Málaga, Spain) had completed their musical education in the “Reina Sofía” College of Music (Madrid) under the tuition of Dimitri Bashkirov and later under the tuition of Márta Gulyás and Ralf Gothóni. They have also taken counsel from Pierre-Laurent Aimard, Katia and Marielle Labèque, Ferenc Rados, Menahem Pressler, Zoltán Kocsis, Daniel Barenboim and Martha Argerich.
